Manufacturing Process
|
Within the Cast Stone product Engineering process, the product manufacturing process which actually takes
parts include the following: 1. According to the client’s requirement and product specification, compile design for mold. 2. Design of master mold. 3. Based on design, produce a master mold. 4. Produce working mold with detail refinement. 5. Materials used in the manufacturing of Cast Stone are washed, screened, graded and mixed at the container. 6. Vacuum treatment and mixing. 7. The mix is placed into a sturdy, reinforced mold for casting. 8. The pre product is placed under 75-80℃ for 8 hours for oven solidifying. 9. Semi-product(before polishing) 10. Surfaces are sanded with increasing grades of sandpaper. 11. Polishing the product. 12. Quality control based on ISO 9001 13. the final products can be packed, enter the warehouses and ready for delivery. |

Cast Stone is an inert, non-toxic, hypoallergenic material. Under normal temperature conditions it does not emit gases. It is easy to repair to its initial aspect therefore it reduce the amount of replacements. 2. Non-porous. Anti-bacteria The moulding method make the solid surface become non-porous. It rejects the growth of bacteria and it is stain resistance. 3. We did the stain resistant test comply with requirements, and here is the results:
A. Non-stain B. Staining removed by alcohol or naphtha C. Staining removed by first application of houesehold sourcing powder D. Staining removed by two household sourcing powder scrubbings E. Depth of stain determined by cutting and sanding with 600 grit abrasive cloth The results is only tested from the samples we used! |
| Routine Care |
1.
All stone compisite products have two types of surface finishing, that are matt and gloss
2.
Soapy water or ammonia-based cleaners will remove most dirt and stains from all types of finishes
3. Avoid exposing Cast Stone Bathtub and basin products to water over 45
℃
. Controlling water temperature
within 37-42
℃
is recommended.
4. Apply stirring when filling Cast Stone bathtub and basin products with hot water to avoid products exposure
to extreme temperature change.
5. To avoid slight physical damages which may later on affect product resistance to termperature change during
usage, do not drop products from height during transportation.
