1.Are you factory or trading company?
We are joint venture company, both factory and trading company. We design, produce and export the products by ourselves.
2.Sample order is available or not?
Yes, even one piece sample order is accepted. And the sample is free as long as you placed the order achieved our minmum order quantity.
3.Can we customize product, design packing, add logo on products?
Yes, we provide OEM&ODM services. If you need to customize packing and product, please contact with our sales people, tell us your demands, we will produce according as your request exactly.
4.Could you accept small order?
Yes, we can. Normally, our MOQ is 300-500 pcs per design. But we prefer to help you adjust the MOQ for first trial order. Please contact us for details.
5.If the products are damaged, can you replace it?
If the broken parts are caused by our factory. The broken parts will be replaced freely when next order. And we accept all products can be returned within 15 days without reason.
6.What kinds of delivery way?
For samples, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT and China Post are available, 3-7 working days. Please inform us your express consignee account no.
For bulk order, by express, by air, by sea, or depends on your request.
7.How long is the lead time for bulk order?
Usually we need 45-90 days for production. It depends on the order quantity, products and production plan.
8.What kinds of payment methods?
For the normal quantity, please arrange the T/T 30% down payment, 70% against copy of B/L. For the big quantity, we can accept the 30% down payment by T/T, 70% by L/C.
9.Can you offer the relevant environmental certificate or report for your products?
Yes, we can. All products’ materials are environmental, and they all can past the test of the international inspect institution, such as SGS, BV etc. We can offer the 1 set free sample for you to do the test, but you should afford the test cost.
