Material : wooden frame+soft foam+surface cover.

1.Wooden frame: solid wood, plywood and MDF

2.Soft foam, density in 30kg/cbm, thickness from 1-5cm for different parts

3.Surface cover: (optional)

a. full  leather  b. leather with pvc c. full pu, d. pu with pvc e.microfiber with pvc f, full mirofiber

Sizes : (optional)

King, queen, double, single, any special sizes are acceptable.

Load Qty:

For 1*40HQ: about 55-60 sets in king size (smaller sizes can load 2-3 sets more)

For 1*20GP:about 20 sets in king size (smaller sizes can load 2-3 sets more)

Packing: ( almost zero damage complain from customers during shipping )

Checking the quality first, then clean, inner in bubble foam, 5-7 layers carton outside.

Quality Guarantee:

1.Each deparment has a QC to check the quality, any small parts dont meet the quality checking standard, we will remanufacture it to make sure there is no complain from customers.

2.Before packing: each bed will be assembled first to make sure it is no any problem, then seperate different parts to pack in cartons.

3. During prodution, the sales will go to workshop taking pics for each step and make sure you know what you pay and what you will get.

4. If there is any damage on normal condition when the customer get the beds, we will remanufacture a new one for customer in next container loading. (BTW, this happens very few).
