Printable Instructions Preparation
: digital printer with weak solvent ink、cutting plotter with edge patrol function (or just one inkjet and cutting plotter integrated digital printer)、hot press machine、printable puff vinyl、transparent positioning film, soft and elastic fabric.
Step 1
: Use computer to layout your design and use digital printer to spray the design on the printable puff vinyl. (Before printing, if the printable puff vinyl does not have PET protective film, please remember to cover with a layer of transparent positioning film on it.)
Step 2
: After spraying the design, take it out to the plotter and cut it. If the printer
comes with the function of spray and cutting plotter, it can be taken out directly.

: Weed the unwanted parts on the vinyl, leaving the needed design.
Step 4
: Hot press the final design onto the fabric and cold peeling the transparent positioning film.
Press Parameters : 160℃, 14 seconds, pressure of 2-3 kg (for reference only, specific needs to be tested by the customer to find the appropriate parameters)
