Products Description
Product introduction
Lignosulfonate, also known as lignin sulfonate, is a byproduct of sulfite papermaking wood pulp, which can be used as water reducing agent for concrete, refractory materials, ceramics and so on. It is prepared by precipitation, separation and drying with precipitating agent such as lime, calcium chloride and basic lead acetate.
It is used in oil drilling mud, oil well fracturing, tertiary oil recovery to enhance oil recovery and other technological processes. It can be used in industrial water treatment and tannery industry. The application in electroplating industry makes the electroplating surface more bright. It can also be used as coal water slurry dispersant and concrete water reducing agent, gypsum board production additives, pesticide additives, printing and dyeing diffusion agent, rubber wear-resistant agent, etc. It can also be used as a raw material or intermediate for the production of dyes, vanillin and tanning agents, instead of 50% phenol and formaldehyde condensation into plastic products.
Usage method
Used as a water reducing agent for concrete: 0.2-0.3% of the weight of cement can reduce water consumption by more than 10-15%, improve the workability of concrete and improve the quality of engineering. Used in summer, it can inhibit slump loss, and is generally used in combination with high efficiency water reducing agents.
Used as a flotation agent and smelting powder binder, smelting industry with lignosulfonate calcium mixed with mineral powder, made of mineral powder ball, dried into the kiln, can improve the smelting recovery.
Refractory materials: When manufacturing refractory bricks, the use of calcium lignosulfonate as a dispersant and binder can improve operational performance, and has good effects such as reducing water, strengthening and preventing cracking.
Ceramics: Used for ceramic products can reduce carbon content to increase green strength, reduce the amount of plastic clay, good mud flow, improve the yield of 70-90%, sintering speed reduced from 70 minutes to 40 minutes.
Other: Calcium lignosulfonate can also be used in refining additives, casting, coal water slurry dispersant, pesticide wettable powder processing, briquette pressing, road, soil, dust suppression, leather tanning filler, carbon black granulation, feed binder and other aspects.
