1. Can I get a sample to check your quality?
We can offer samples after price confirmed. We will charge for the sample cost, but the fee can be refunded after order.
Sample lead time: around 7 days.
2. What about the lead time for mass production?
For mass production: around 30-60days.
For stock products: around 7 days.
3.What is your payment terms?
A: Order online via Trade Assurance.
B: T/T 30% deposit and balance payment against copy of B/L, L/C at sight.
C: For long term old customer, L/C 30 or 60 days is acceptable. Can be negotiated.
4.What is your packing? Is it safe?
Generally, we have 2 packing ways, one is common export carton packing, another is mail packing. It all depends on customer’s
requirements, depends on how customers sell. We will ensure the safety of packing in transportation. Different packing way,
price may differ.
5. Can I inquiry something I didn’t see on your website.
Yes, just send us the pictures of the product you are looking for. Or, tell us your ideas what you want and our designer will
design accordingly.
6.Can i mix different products in one container?
Yes, of course.

A: We have strong designer team. Our main designer is doing outdoor furniture for more than 20 years. We design products
considering not only beauty, quality, customer’s requirements, but also practical use.
B: We are helping customer buy products, instead of selling our products.
