PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PRODUCT FEATURES
•The spindle speed range 8-1000r/min is realized by frequency conversion motor driving 2 gears.The spindle stepless speed is set and speed value is showed by setting buttons.
•Spindle taper is 7：24 No.50. This machine is equipped with automatic clamping/umclamping device which shorten auxilary time of clamping/umclamping tool and intensity of labor is reduced. The spindle features with good accuracy for a long time.
•Each coordinate axis moveing such as spindle, facing head slide, spindle box, longitudinal and cross movement of worktable and worktable rotation are all drove by AC servo motor mounted on bed. The feed stepless is set and the feed speed value is showed by setting buttons through gearbox, eletromagnitic clutch.
•The vertical axis is spindle box moving up and down, the traverse axis is worktable moving in cross direction and longitudinal axis is wor
ktable moving in longitudinal direction which can be equipped with new type digital display meter with memory function. The machine features with full function and high accuracy.

Answer: Please provide information on the material, size, and processing method of your workpieces, such as turning, boring, milling, drilling, precision requirements, or share the drawings with us. Our engineers will assist you in selecting the appropriate model.
2. What is the minimum order quantity and warranty period?
Answer: The minimum order quantity is one unit, and the warranty period is one year from the arrival of the machine tool at the customer's site.
3. How are warranty parts supplied during the warranty period? What is the timeframe for supplying warranty parts?
Answer: During the warranty period, we provide free warranty parts. For lightweight parts suitable for air transportation, we use DHL, FedEx for international express delivery, with an average delivery time of one week.
4. How do you provide overseas machine installation, commissioning, and after-sales maintenance services?
Answer: For large machine tool equipment, they are usually disassembled and packaged before shipment. Installation and commissioning services are available based on customer preferences, and related costs can be included in the contract. Our engineers will be dispatched for on-site installation and commissioning. During the warranty period, we offer online video technical guidance and assistance with three-package solutions. If issues persist, local engineers or our service engineers will provide on-site assistance.
5. What CNC system do your machines use?
Answer: We offer machines with SIEMENS, FANUC, MITSUBISHI, GSK, HNC, KND, etc., depending on your preference.

Answer: Small lathes and drilling machines are generally in stock and will be shipped one week after payment. For large lathes, vertical lathes, and vertical machining centers, the delivery will be according to the agreed-upon delivery date after receiving the prepayment.
