Q: Does your batteries are new ?
A: Yes, we only provide new battery
Q: Does the batteries I bought was balanced?
A: Yes. We will double check batteries before sending to keep them with good balanced and consistence.
Q: Does you provide Bus Bar and screws
A: We will provide customized Bus Bar and screws together with battery with free cost
Q : Does the batteries need a BMS when make a battery pack?
A: It is very important to use a BMS together with battery pack .The battery may damage easily without BMS.
Q: What’s kind of BMS I need choose for my battery pack
A: First, you need choose the same series number with battery pack .The BMS current should consider your application .For example , 4 series 12V LiFePO4 battery pack work for application about 1000W. It need 4 series 12V LiFePO4 minimum 100A BMS.
Q :Why some of batteries have scratch on terminal ?
A: Most of aluminium case batteries do not have holes on terminal. We will use machine to drill holes on terminal to make it easy connection .It is hard to avoid to cause some scratch.
Q: Why the track number do not updated for a long time ?
A: The track number will update only package arrive at the countries or district. Such as:USA/EU. It take only 2-3 days for delivery after it show updated track record.
Q : Do you have local warehouse
A : We can only send package from China and we have plan to use local warehouse soon.
