Modified epoxy carbon fiber structural adhesive
Component
. This product consists of two parts: A component of epoxy resin, diluent, toughening agent and its additives ; B component of modified compound curing agent and additives. It is no solvent, two-component, liquid modified epoxy resin adhesive.

. Low viscosity, suitable application period, good viscosity with the substrate, good construction performance;
. It has good adaptation with carbon fiber, good infiltration, strong penetration, and can be well deep into the concrete surface.
. Excellent mechanical properties and strong bonding ability after curing;

. Low toxicity, small odor; curing at room temperature. Can be used in the temperature range from-20 to 80℃ .

for structural reinforcement of steel, carbon fiber plate and the structure of the gap perfusion, or used to

D escription of C onstructio n
. Before reinforcement, the base level of the reinforced components should be treated, and the base level should
be flat, rough, clean and dry, without any dust, loose objects, floating slurry and oil (the moisture content of
the base level is <4%);
. If there are cracks, should first use YMG XT-J concrete crack repair glue irrigation, and grinding flat, the
base is not usually using the company's YMG XT-SH leveling glue to repair the surface level, the corner of
the component should be polished into a circular arc, the arc radius should not be less than 20mm;
. A : B =3:1 with adhesive , stir and mix ;
. Use a hard brush to evenly brush the paste base surface, the amount of adhesive must be sufficient and full;
. Apply the cut carbon fiber cloth to the concrete paste surface, and use the hard rubber stick or plastic scraper
to make the carbon fiber straight, extend, and fully penetrate the adhesive. The length of the carbon fiber
cloth should be 10-20cm;
. According to the situation, supplement the carbon fiber surface with impregnated adhesive , continue to scrape and roll, drive out the bubbles, and make the adhesive evenly covered with the carbon fiber
. When pasting multiple layers, repeat the above steps layer by layer, but the lower layer should be pasted immediately after the surface of carbon fiber fabric is dried.
. In winter construction, the colloid can be preheated in about 40 C warm water.
ATTENTION
. The adhesive mixing must be uniform, otherwise it will affect the bonding strength. The amount of adhesive should
not be mostly, with now to use, the adhesive must be used up within the applicable period.When the ambient
temperature is high, it will shorten the application period of the adhesive liquid. The container with adhesive
should be large enough to heat the heat after glue reaction. The adhesive taking tools should not be mixed, the lid
of the packaging bucket of group A and B cannot be mixed, and the leftover materials must be sealed after taking
the adhesive .
Package
. This product is packaged in plastic bucket, group A: 15kg and Group B: 5kg.
Operation safety procedures
. Avoid contact with the skin and eyes, and wear protective clothing, gloves and goggles when using;
. Maintain ventilation in the operating environment, use an exhaust fan when necessary, and avoid inhaling volatile gases when working;
. When the adhesive touches the skin, gently wipe with suction paper, wash with warm water and alkali-free
soap, and then dry towel, do not use solvent to avoid damage to the skin;
. Once the adhesive touches the eyes, rinse with a lot of clean warm water and seek medical attention quickly.

Storage and transportation method
. Store in a dry, cool place (20℃)
. Non-dangerous goods may be transported and stored as general chemicals (follow GB 2944-82)
