Exhaust Fan - Cooling Pad Cooling System
The cooling principle of exhaust fan is to create negative pressure indoor when the fan is turned on. Forcing the hot air out of the indoor and letting in fresh air in.
If the outdoor temperature is 32 degrees

Notice: Exhaust fans should be installed on the same wall of the building to create one direction air flow. ( If the exhaust fans are installed on the opposite walls , it will not create an one direction air flow, the ventilation effect will reduce)

How to calculate how many exhaust fans you need:
1.
Measure the length width and height of the construction site.
2.
Calculate the volume of the construction site.
3.
Measure the area of the window (if the exhaust fan is to be fixed on windows)
4.
Choose an exhaust fan model which size can fit on the window or on the wall.
5.
If there is no heat source on the construction site, then the ventilation rate is normally 30 times per hour.
If the construction site has heat source then we suggest the ventilation rate is up to 40-50 times per hour.
6.
Calculation formula: Numbers of exhaust fan = volume of the construction site (m³) X ventilation rate (normally 30) / air flow of the exhaust fan model(m³/h).
