JQT machine is designed for producing the lightweight wall panels by screw extrusion technology . Its high efficient production can be up to 500 square meters one shift per day (8 hours ) one machine. Combined with low raw material cost,it will bring you an extremely big profit.
Design
With our unique design of the extruder and vibrator, we can achieve highest concrete compaction.With this system you have the option to integrate reinforcement wires or not . The wires size allow to max.6mm which can increase the strength of wall panels.
Main Features
The wall which is tongued on side and grooved on the other has hollow cores running longitudinally to reduce the weight and optimize the use of materials. The tongue and groove has been specially designed to minimize the risk of cracking along the joints, which is a perennial problem in precast wall panels.

Principle:
The machine adopt extrusion technology, movable forming.
Materials:
The raw materials are fly ash, slag, creamsite, cinders,cinerite,
pumice,vermiculite and so on. You can choose some materials as per your local resources.
Producity:
The production speed is 1.3-1.7 m per minute , 500 Sqm per shift .
Sizes:
Panel width : 600mm; Panel Thickness : 75,80,90,100,120mm ,etc ; Panel length : cuting any lenght as your requirements
Reinforcement:
Both sides of the wall panels can insert reinforcement wires, diameter of 1.5- 6mm
