Each year, geese are put in the spotlight with the Foire aux Pirons (festival of the geese), a local tradition that commemorates the region's world-renowned epicurean heritage. Each batch of Grey Goose Vodka begins with soft winter wheat grown on farms in and around the fertile Picardy region of northern France.
