What does the MOQ for custom packaging depend on?
According to the customized pouch specifications and requirements(length * width + bottom width , thickness) : The rolling film raw material has a fixed specification according to different thickness. When we receive customer ’ s demand, we need to select the raw material according to the specification, then plan the printing area and the weight of the corresponding composite material from the raw material, and then carry out the layout calculation of the MOQ. In addition, we need to consider the material wastage in the pouch forming process according to different pouch types. The process of different pouch types causes the cutting loss of materials, and also affects the minimum order quantity on a certain level.
What format of design file do I need to submit for printing?
Kindly send us your artwork as high resolution PDF or AI, CDR format file. All files must be layered with artwork on correct layers.
Why can’t digital printing match Pantone or other color book references?
In gravure printing, each color on an artwork is provided as a separate printing cylinder, and the film mov es through each ink trough for each individual color. Each color can correspond to the color-book reference .
In d igital printing , all colors are made from the Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black and White inks that are calculated by the computer system and dispersed in layers to form the available colour schemes.
What about the lead times for the order?
