The unique double sheets detection system avoids and solves the problem of two or more paper feeding.

2. Gluing Unit

Paper conveying structure with automatic constant temperature heating function to prevent roller sticking paper caused by water vaper.

3. Board Feeding System

Cardboard feeding mechanism applies Japanese Panasonic servo system, which is not only high precicsion, fast, but also reliable. Enhanced the board changing efficiency with the reasonable and humanized design.

4. Three Photoelectric Detection System

It uses three Germany LEUZE photoelectric detecting system, enables to control the positioning error range ± 0.2mm, also adopts four sets Japanese Panasonic sevor motor, making the maximum production speed 30 pcs/min

5. Playform-Based Folding System

The mechanical edge folding technology is to complete the four-side folding in one plane, which reduces the scratches and make the product nice and artstic.

6. Removable Stainless Glue Tank

We use removable stainless glue tank so as to clean it extremely convenient for operator. It is designed very humanity which saves labor and time.
