Air Energy Heat Pump Leaves drying Machine
The working principle of
air energy heat pump leaves
drying machine is mainly based on the reverse Carnot cycle.
1. The compressor pressurizes the refrigerant such as freon to make it a high temperature and high pressure gas;
2. The refrigerant enters the heat exchanger (such as the condenser) on the indoor side to condense and liquefy, releasing a lot of heat;
3. The heat is used to heat the air in the drying room;
4. The materials in the drying room are dried in the form of hot air to evaporate the water in the materials;
5. The water vapor produced by evaporation is discharged through the moisture drainage system;
6. After completing these processes, the refrigerant returns to the compressor to restart the cycle.
This cycle improves the efficiency of energy, and compared with traditional heating methods, air energy heat pump
