1,Can I take one set for samples?
Yes, you can. We accept sample orders.
2,Is the sample free?
No, the sample is not free. You should pay for the sample, however when you place bulk order, we’ll return you double of your sample’s value.
3,Can I customize my order?
It depends on the product you order. For examples, led door sill plates, we can customize even one set only if you supply clear pictures. For other lights, we can print your logos in the carton
4,What payment terms is acceptable?
We accept various payment terms, such as T/T, Western Union, Paypal, and alibaba trade assurance.
5,How do you ship my order?
It depends on your order quantity and your requirement. For samples, we ship by UPS, DHL, Fedex or EMS. For bulk orders, we ship by air or by sea or by train.
6,Can you do door to door even for big orders?
Yes, we can do door to door. You don’t need to make Customs or pay tax, and we can arrange everything for you. The only thing you need to do is to arrange the payment and wait for your goods at your address.
7,How long can you ship my order?
All orders will be delivered within 15 working days after full payment. If it’s not customized type, we can deliver within 1-3 days.
