HPS hydraulic folding machines from HP have an increased rigidity design and offer a range of great features for maximum bending flexibility. When bending wide material the accuracy of the bend is key and the HPS hydraulic folders from HP maintains its precision right across the width of the bend. With the complexity of the G panel, stable quality and accuracy is vital to ensure the smooth connection of each panel. The folding beam is driven by hydraulic driven gears and rack for better control and higher bend accuracy compared to the normal hydraulic drive systems. The HPS machines offer adjusting of the hydraulic pressure to match the material thickness-so damages of the material surface always are avoided.

Min. reverse bend of 20mm.
*High precision across the material width.
*Increased rigidity design.
* Hydraulic driven gears and rack for better control and higher bend accuracy compared to the normal hydraulic drive system.
*Easy material thickness adjustment / simple thickness setting. Adjustable hydraulic pressure to match the material thickness, so the damages of surface always are avoided.
*Fast precise G panel bending with high accuracy.
*BANNER 2 axes NC controller with programmable bending angle and 800mm back gauge which offer 1000 steps. This means for example that it is possible to make 50 programs with 20 steps or 100 programs with 10 steps. The back gauge and timing belt offer fast movement and high accuracy positioning up to 1250mm (800mm is standard).
* Is available with single NC controller for bending beam with 600mm Manuel back gauge with hand wheel and mm-scale.
