1. What is silk screen printing glass?

(1) Silk screen printing glass is a type of glass (typically through toughening process) with specified patterns printed through
silkscreen method, which is using screen printing plate and glass glaze.

(2) Silk screen printing also can be used on vatious kinds of glass with different pattern and colors, such as l aminated glass, wired
glass, insulating glass, curved glass, mirror glass and so on. Making the product more plentiful, and can be customized flexibly .

2. Glass glaze used in silk screen printing

Glass glaze (also known as inorganic ink or glass ink) is a kind of paste printed material mixed by coloring material and binders.
The coloring material is composed of inorganic pigment and low melting point fluxing agent. Binders are commonly known as suet.

3. Combine silk screen printing with other process methods

(1) Through drying, toughening or other heat treatment, the glaze (printed on the glass surface) can be consolidated on the glass and
form colorful decorative patterns, which are both wear-resistant and acid / alkali resistant.

(2) If screen printing is used in

combination with other surface treatment methods, the product will get more excellent performance. For example, through polishing,
engraving, etching, etc before or after printing can double the printing effect.
