Main structure of the product
1. Shaft, movable blade, fixed blade, reducer, motor, feeding hopper, discharging port, electric control cabinet, control panel,screen, drum, knife frame, etc.
2. Most of large plastics or other materials can be reduced in size by 30% after shredding, and some materials can be reduced in size by 50% after shredding.
How the product works
1. Feeding hopper: Place the materials to be crushed and prevent them from splashing;
2. Dual-axis cutting system: use differentblades according to customer's materials;
3. Power system: use domestic famous brand motor, can also be configured according to
customer requirements;
4. Discharge conveying system: adopting independent power system, the power system is fixed on the shredder
through bolts, and the power system can be extracted as a whole.
