Product Description
Carbon black
It is mainly used as a reinforcing agent and filler for rubber, and its consumption is about half of the rubber consumption, and the carbon black for rubber accounts for 94% of the total carbon black, of which about 60% is used for tire manufacturing. In addition, it is also used as a colorant for inks, coatings and plastics, and as a UV screen agent for plastic products. It is also an important additive in many other products, such as electrodes, dry batteries, resistors, explosives, cosmetics and polishing pastes.
Carbon black is mainly used in rubber products. The finer the particle size of carbon black is, the better its reinforcing property is. The higher the structure degree of carbon black, the higher the constant elongation stress and modulus. The reinforced variety of fine particle size is mainly used for tire tread, giving the tire excellent wear resistance. The other parts of the tire, such as the tire side, the curtain layer, the belt buffer layer and the lining layer, require the rubber material to resist bending and cracking, resist ozone oxidation, have good resilience and low heat generation performance, and generally choose the coarser particle size of the semi-reinforced type (specific surface area of less than 40m2/g).
Tank black for pigment is widely used in inks, coatings and plastics. Inks, especially news inks, mainly use medium pigment tank black. In the paint manufacturing process, the high pigment tank black gives the advanced automotive finish excellent blackness and gloss, and the medium pigment tank black is used for general industrial coatings. In addition, the pigment tank black is also commonly used as a UV screen agent for polyolefin, which is used to improve the weather resistance of plastic products. Rubber groove black is mainly used for tread rubber of tires, especially off-road and engineering tires, which gives the tread higher strength and good wear resistance.
Hot crack black is mainly used for rubber products. Due to coarse particle size and poor reinforcement performance, only used for the occasion requiring the maximum filling increment, such as for the manufacture of rubber MATS, hose, sponge products, seals, tire lining, bead rubber and insulation products.
