Soft magnetic alloys are a class of alloys that have high permeability and low coercivity in a weak magnetic field. This type of alloy is widely used in the radio electronics industry, precision instrumentation, remote control and automatic control systems. Together, it is mainly used in two aspects: energy conversion and information processing. It is an important material in the national economy.

1J85 is an iron-nickel soft magnetic alloy with high weak magnetic field permeability.

It has high permeability and low coercivity in weak magnetic fields.
The main purpose:
Widely used in radio electronics industry, precision instrumentation, remote control and automatic control systems.

1J22 is a high saturation magnetic induction iron cobalt vanadium soft magnetic alloy.

Heat treatment system
1J22 heat treatment system cold-rolled strip sample: heat up to 850~900℃ with the furnace, keep the temperature for 3~6h, cool down to 750℃ at 50℃/h, then cool to 300℃ at 180~240℃/h and release from the furnace , the annealing medium is hydrogen with a dew point not higher than -40°C.

The sample taken from the forging billet: heat up to 1100°C ± 20°C with the furnace, hold for 3-6 hours, cool to 850°C at a speed of 50-100°C/h, hold for 3 hours, and then cool to 700°C at a speed of 30°C/h, Then, it is cooled to 300°C at a speed of 200°C/h, and the annealing medium is hydrogen with a dew point not higher than -40°C.
For materials requiring higher magnetic induction intensity, lower coercivity, and higher squareness ratio under lower magnetic field: heating up to 850℃±10℃ with the furnace, holding for 4h, and cooling to 750℃ at 50℃/h , hold for 3h, then cool to 300°C at a speed of 200°C/h, and then add a DC magnetic field of 1240-1600A/m at the heat preservation (750°C), and the annealing medium is hydrogen with a dew point not higher than -40°C.

3) Folding corrosion-resistant soft magnetic alloy Grade : 1J36, 1J116, 1J117 Executive standard: GB/T14986-94 Uses: Electromagnetic devices that work in oxidizing media and hydrazine media.

4) Folding soft magnetic alloy with high saturation magnetic induction Grade : 1J22 Executive standard: GB/T15002-94 Purpose: Electromagnet pole head, telephone headset diaphragm, torque motor rotor.
