Firstly, we always need to send the goods to our freight forwarder warehouse by express, and then they arrange international transportation (air, rail or sea) in a reasonable way

A) Shipping from our warehouse in Poland;
B) by train (it would take about 45-50 days to delivery, after we sent it out);
C) by air (it would take about 15-20 working days to delivery, after we sent it out).
If you are not in a hurry to get the goods, we suggest you to choose shipping by train, which will only take about 15 days longer than by air, but we can offer you a discount.

-The frame, motor provide 6 months and battery provide 3 months, but other spare prats are not covered by the warranty. The warranty does not accept damage by man-made damage.
-If there is any broken not made by man-made, Please send us video, picture and S/N number, our professional technicians will judge this and check which part of the problem, then we will provide spare parts to you for free.
-If by man-made damage, we can sell you spare parts at bottom price to repair it.
