pumpkin seed extract/pumpkin seeds separating machine/watermelon seeds harvester

Working  Principle :

(1)The machine can connect with small tractor when working . Tractor drive the machine working by PTO  .

(2)People need to put watermelon or pumpkin into hopper .

(3)The machine crush the watermelon or pumpkin with crusher shaft .

(4)Crushed watermelon or pumpkin goes into separating drum .

(5)With shaft running , watermelon or pumpkin skin and meat are discharged from separating (6)drum , watermelon or pumpkin seeds draw into cleaning drum .

(7)With cleaning shaft working , watermelon or pumpkin seeds are cleaned and separated again Seeds are discharged out with cleaning shaft rotate  .

Maintenance:

1.Before starting any maintenance and repair work, the machine must be steadily placed on the ground;

2. If you need to raise the tool for maintenance, be sure to support the tool firmly;

3. Regularly check whether the bolts and nuts are tight.If the protective device that is easy to wear is damaged, please replace it immediately;

4. Before repairing the tractors and implements, first remove the cables from the generator and battery;

5. Use cold or warm water to flush the mud on the machine, but pay special attention not to spray directly on the bearing parts.

6.if necessary, you can use a degreasing agent, but not acid or alkaline cleaning agents.
