1 What’s the function for co2 laser?

CO2 Laser is used to engrave or cut for almost all non-metal materials like Acrylic, Wood, Paper, Fabric, Leather etc.

2 How much thickness shall we cut?

Cutting thickness is related to laser power. Take acrylic for example

80W: 0-8mm

100W: 0-15mm

130W: 0-25mm

3. How about delivery?

With 3,000Sets annual production, we keep enough stock in factory with fast delivery. Exact date is confirmed by related sales.

4. What’s the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down?

The machine has 1 years' guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client s feedback. Parts except for consumable parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.

5. What’s the trade term?

Both FOB and CNF/CFR/CIF is OK.

6. What’s the payment terms?

30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery by T/T is prefer. Small amount with West Union or Paypal is acceptable.

7. How about the documents after shipment?

After shipment, we will send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.

8. Do you arrange shipment for the machines?

Yes, dear esteemed customers, for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you. For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.

9. How about package?

Water-proof film is covered on machine body with foam protection and solid seaworthy wooden box with fumigation without inspection.

10. How about delivery?
