Main Application
The machine is widely used for material crushing in the industries of pharmaceutics, chemical and foodstuff, etc.
Working Principle
The machine uses high-speed relative motion of the active tooth plate and the fixed tooth plate to impact and crush the raw material. The different size of granules can be acquired by changing different screen. The whole machine is designed according to GMP standard and is made of stainless steel. The machine has the advantages of simple structure, low energy consumption, easy cleaning and is an ideal crushing equipment.

Machine configuration scheme
Vertical single machine → Horizontal single machine → Common dust-collecting → V ertical universal crusher with c yclone dust-collecting → Horizontal universal crusher with c yclone Dust-collecting (The attached pictures show the different configuration schemes )
1.For crushing materials, there is no dust flying in the crushing process or no need for dust-collecting, we recommend the single machine; According to the workplace requirements , different production requirements, you can choose Vertical single machine or Horizontal single machine.
As shown in the picture below:
2.In the production process, dust removal is needed, however, if the production capacity is not big and no necessary to join the assembly line for continuous discharging work, you can choose Common dust-collecting;If continuous discharging is required,you can choose V ertical Universal Crusher With C yclone dust-collecting.

3.If you need large production capacity and continuous discharging ,please choose the Horizontal Universal Crusher With C yclone dust-collecting, the equipment operation is better.
