Q1. About Sample
1. Sure, you can get 2-3 free samples if the sample is available.
2. But some sample charge for custom designs and not existing sample. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
Q2. What is your MOQ?
Usually, Our MOQ is no limited, we can accept small quantity for u to check the quality and test market.
Q3. What is your payment term?
30% deposit payment after confirming the contract/PI and the balance before shipment.
Q4. Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?
Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.
Q5. What is the normal lead time?
For stock products, we will send goods to you within 5-7 work days after we receive payment.
For customized products, the delivery time will be 15~30 work days after we receive deposit.
