Product Details
Using high-strength steel alloy materal. Not just hardening on gear surface,but hardening entire gear to insure the gear life time and maintain high accuracy.
For Rear transition flange screw hole,use rubber plug dust-proof design,effectively prevent dust, foreign body drop on the gearbox.
Use GB40Cr steel, hardness would beHB240-270after heat treatment. So that it's better to maintain the clamping strength and concentric degree.
Higher than conventional planetary gearbox;One stage is exceed 97%,Two stage is exceed 95%.
