DongRong: Yes, Sample order is welcomed for testing and checking the quality.

DongRong: Sample needs 1~3 days, mass production time needs about 4~7 days.
Q4:Do you have Silicone products MOQ limit for Silicone products order?
DongRong: For most of our products, MOQ is 1pcs, In order to better serve customers, we accept small orders for customers to test
the market.
Q5: How do you ship the Silicone products and how long does it take to arrive?
DongRong: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the Silicone products?
DongRong: Yes. OEM or ODM is available. Emboss logo is most popular. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q7: How to deal with the faulty?
DongRong: Firstly,Our Silicone products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new item with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we
will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
