Introduction
FDS-12 dry contact pneumatic switch is a controller that controls air purifiers, central air conditioners, ultraviolet lamps and other equipment by sensing wind speed or air flow through the sensor, referred to as "air flow sensor controller" or "pneumatic switch controller" .

Working principle
1. Wiring method: 12V, 0V connected to 12VDC, OUT +, OUT- are dry contact type;
2. There are red and green indicator lights on the control panel of the pneumatic switch. When the pneumatic switch is powered on for the first time, there is a self-test process for 30 to 50 seconds. During the testing process, the green LED1 and red LED2 lights simultaneously. From now on, OUT + and OUT- are closed.
3. After 30 ~ 50 seconds, the detection process ends. If there is no wind blowing in the environment, the red light goes out, the relay is disconnected, and OUT + and OUT- are disconnected. If there is wind blowing in the environment, the red light is on, the relay is closed, and 0UT + and OUT- are closed. The device controls by detecting changes in electrical parameters.
4. The green light of LED1 is the input power indicator, always on; the red light of LED2 is the output indicator, that is, the working indicator. When it is on, it means that the output terminal is 0UT +, 0UT- closed, and the pneumatic switch works. The switch is in standby.
Application
It can be widely used in various types of equipment in the central air-conditioning duct, such as ultraviolet lamps, air purifiers, etc., to achieve linkage with the central air-conditioning fan, used in air purification systems, and can also be applied to the detection and control of faults Device.
