Product Description
Introduction:
This machine is mainly suitable for chopping peanut, cashew nuts, walnut, macadamia, and other nuts. It consists of three parts,
that is, vibration feeding, chopping and grading. Vibration feeding can prinkle the peanuts evenly on the digging hopper, which is
conducive to the uniform cutting of the hob. The grading part uses spiral drums with screens of different specifications to meet
the required specifications.
Application:
This machine is mainly used in the food processing industry to chop beans and nuts (such as peanuts, almonds, walnut kernels, hazel kernels, chestnut kernels) and other materials of different sizes.
Feature:
1.Automatic and easy to operate, client just need to fill raw material into the hopper and then will get peanut parcel as you like;
2.Size of peanut parcel is easy to control and change. With adjust the speed of conveyor, cutting size of the peanut will be changed.
3.Equipped with vibration screen, can grade the chopped granules into different levels. And the size of the mesh screen is custom-made.
