Product Description
High Performance building MS polymer sealant adhesive glue
MS204 is a one component sealant basing on MS polymer. It will cure into an elastic rubber by reaction with moisture of atmosphere after exposed. Besides of humidity, its skin-time and curing speed also are relating to the air temperature of surrounding and the joint depth. By increasing the temperature or the moisture, the hardening time can reduce.
MS204 is a general purpose sealant special suitable for dry containers. It can be applied inside and outside of containers with excellent performance for water-proofing.
Advantage:

-With hardly any shrinkage, so as to can keeping the original shape after curing finish.
-Good cohesion on lots of materials, suit to sealing on timbers, paints and metals.

Typical application
MS204 is recommended to be applied in general cargo containers. It is suitable to join the seams of containers for water-proofing. As well as applied other carriages and cargo boxes.
Using example
-To join the seams of the flooring and sideboards, including doorsill position.
-To join the weld seams in sideboard, ceiling and door.
-To paste on the rivets and bolts for preventing water leakage and rusting.
- Outside sealing, including nameplates, cowls and hinges.
