Q: Do you accept OEM ?
A:Yes , please send your design to us , so we can help to build your brand.**Tips : Please kindly offer your brand letter of

Q: Could I add my own logo or choose my own colors ?
A: Yes , personalized logo and colors are accepted.
Q: What s your MOQ?
A: Norally kids bike 300 PCS , steel adult bike 200PCS, alloy adult bike 100PCS.**Note: It could be negotiable according to
clients' particular situations .
Q: What s the payment term ?
A: 30% TT deposit , 70% balance paid upon seeing BL copy ,or LC at sight .
Q: What s your delivery time ?
A: Normally 30-60 working days upon confirming payment receipt , but the exact time is according to actual situation , for example
the delay during CNY.
Q: Can I mix different models in one container ?
A: Yes , and please do not forget the MOQ of each models.
Q: What certificate do you have ?
A: We have CCC TUV ( EN70 , EN15194 / 14764 ),SGS , ISO9001 BSCI , SEDEX etc . Also we can apply any certificate if you need if
the qty is OK.
Q: Where is your factory located ? How can I visit your factory ?
A: One in Danyang Jiangsu , the other one in Tianjin Please kindly advise us in advance before your visit and we will pick you up.
