RM50HE is the most popular model in our range which gives great expandibility and cost reduction. Compare to RM50H, it has 48V battery cell which is more cost-effective.

RM50HE can be purcahsed in sets, together with our rack "RMR" by specify the number of units you want to install for each rack.

Q: Warranty Policy:
A: Different products have different warranties. Products will be tested with 48 hours continuous load before ship out; our standard wanrranty is 5~10 years with lifetime ongoing support. Just come back anytime with your questions we will be at your side.

Q. Are you able to handle shipment transportation?
A: Yes. Our services include both shipment transportation and customs clearance. Q: Is sample available and free?
A: For electronic components, we offer 2pcs free samples, for battery pack, client is required to raise a sample order.

A: Yes, we have a dedicated engineering team who can tailor your needs, OEM and ODM is also welcomed based on a certain volume.

Q: What's the lead time?
A: General lead time for electronics is 4 weeks; lead time for battery pack products is approx. 20 days.

Q: Is battery pack BMS included?
A: Yes. most of our products are offered with full solution, this means it is a "system", in this BMS it has protection in every way as mentioned in above specifications to allow a safe use for residential.
