A: Sure , we welcome you to pick up our existing samples for quality reference.
Q 5 . What ’ s your MOQ for custom items?
A: Generally speaking , our MOQ for customized items is 500pcs per design ; But it also depends , as we want to start the cooperation relationship with you if it leaded to long-term win-win business relationship in the future .
Q 6 . What about the lead time?
A: Generally speaking , we need around 1 week for custom sample and around 20-25 days for mass production . But it depends on your design and quantity which needs further negotiation . We also accept RUSH ORDERS !
Q 7 . How do you ship the orders ?
A: It depends on the delivery time that you require . We can ship by express like DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. We also have our forwarder for Air & Ocean shipping .
Q8. About Payment term ?
A: We accept Wire Transfer, PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance . Our payment condition is 30% deposit before mass production and 70% balance payment before shipment . Please consult us for more details .
Q 9 . How do you control your quality ?
A: Our products are produced under strict quality control system . For every production statue , we will double confirm with you in advance before we moving forward . Besides , Our QC people will supervise every status based on the first mass production sample that you ’ ve approved for order . We will keep you posted and show you status of your order . And we welcome you to come here to inspect the order by yourselves .
