A1:Yes, we can design CAD drawings with colors once you confirmed the size and the stone colors. In this CAD drawings you will see how it looks like. See Following drawing for example.
Q2:Is there any difference between the drawing and the production goods?
A2:Yes, bcs stone is natural, as for design photos it is looks like more uniform, more idealize on the colors. Natural marble looks more natural and have more or less not perfect than the designs. But it will let you feel more comfortable, because it is NATURAL.
Q3:How Long is for production?
A3: Usually it take around 25-35 days for production a project. If the quantity is more , the production time will be also more.
Q4:What is the thickness of the goods?
A4:Thickness for waterjet can be used by original stone or the laminated composited. Following some popular thickness for your reference.
A: by original Stone thickness in 14mm,16mm,18mm,20mm,30mm and other special shapes.
B: by composite thickness. The composite material can be Pocerlain Tiles, Granite, Aluminium, etc. Top with granite or marble for carving. But usually composite is only used for marble products or some other exotic stone products to save the stone cost and to make the marble more stronger. 100% of the marble need to be composite. It will be also good for installation, much more safe and easier for installation.
Q5:Can I get hold of samples?
A5:We can provide the material sample of the water jet medallion for free, but we need to charge the express .
Q6:Do you also make customized design?
A6:Yes. We have a professional design team that can create tailor-made engineering designs and accurate quotations for you..
Q7:What is your port of loading?
A7:Normally we export the stone products from Xiamen port or Shanghai Port, China. Some special products will be exported from it's origin place to secure more competitive prices. And we will go to origin place to inspect the products.
Q8:When we place an order, can i visit u factory to inspect goods?
A8: Yes, we are welcome to u come to visit us.In the process of product production, we have professional quality inspection personnel to ensure the quality of product production, and we will also provide pictures and videos of product production
