PROCESS OF MANUFACTURE COIL - WELDING RAW MATERIAL - RAW MATERIAL STORAGE - FORMING AND WELDING - CUTTING - FIRST INSPECTION - PACKING - DRYING - WEIGHT AND INSPECTION - PACKING AND LOADING
Hot-dip galvanizing is to pickle the steel pipe first. In order to remove iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe, after
pickling, the steel pipe is washed in an ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or a mixed aqueous solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then dipped in zinc groove.
