1. Warm the ink up to a suitable temperature before printing. Ensure the printing process is in an environment of suitable humidity. 2. Keep print head moisture, check capping stations in case its ageing affects the seal and nozzles turn dry. 3. Move the ink to the printing room one day ahead to ensure the ink temperature is consistent with indoor temperature. |
