Q 3 : What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

Q 4 : When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
A: Please kindly send us the original design photograph.

Q 5 : How many days will samples be finished? And how about the bulk production?
A: Sample lead time: usually can be sent out in 7 days. Bulk production lead time usually need 10-15 days. If your order is urgent, please discuss the delivery with us.
Q 6 : If the products have some quality problem, how will you deal with it?
A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping. If the quality problem of products are caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
Q 7 : Could you provide samples for test?
A: Yes, we can make a sample for you. We may charge some little sample fee which can be refunded when you place bulk order. And we appreciate that you can help with the freight charges.
