A: We are the OEM manufacturer since 1982.
Q: Can I have the samples first before placing the order?
A: Samples are readily available. But since the new sample is handmade, we will ask for a small deposit and it will be refunded
upon receive your confirmation of the order.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A:Our order MOQ is 1000pcs, but we can accept 500pcs for initial order. As small order can only ship by LCL which have high
transit and handling charge, so we’d suggest you consider ship by container, cost difference between container shipment and LCL is
at least USD1.0. We can also accept mix style /size/ color order to fit for one container shipment.
Q: Can we private label barcode package?
A:Yes, all package will be as per your own design, we can provide free charge package artwork design support as well as free
charge logo printing on all package materials.
Q: What kind of packaging options do you offer?
A: Our general quotation include package materials: 4 pages instruction manual, 1 piece washing label, 1 PE bag, master
carton, individual package---include Mail box, white box, PVC handle bag + color card, Gift box. If you have your own package
request, no problem to follow up.
Q: What are your production lead times for this product?
A: General production lead time is 30-35 days after receive you deposit, if you have urgent delivery date request, let’s
negotiate case by case.
