Technical requirement

1. This valve is used for CNG cylinder for refilling and releasing CNG gas from the cylinder, the Max working pressure is 26mpa, Nominal diameter: φ4mm

2.Turn the handle counter-clockwisely to open, with an open range: 1/4 of niminal diameter;

3. Under the pressure of 26mpa and 0.05mpa in room temperature, when the valve is close or in any open condition, make leakage testing for 2 mintues, no leakage permited

4. The safety device working pressure is 300+30bar, TPRD working temperature: 110±5 ℃

5. Degrease the valve part and keep them clean during assemblying, testing and approving, no oil
