Pulp molding process is a very promising technology not only because of its biodegradability, but also because it is very flexible with unlimited possibilities.
Molded pulp products are anti-shock and flexible to be molded into different structures, shapes, surface finishes and thickness; They are stackable to reduce storage space and delivery cost;They can be made waterproof, oil-resistant, heat-resistant, anti-static or with other special performance by adding corresponding safe additives during production.

Using biodegradable materials like sugarcane bagasse and bamboo as raw material, we not only produce customized molded pulp packaging for electronics, cosmetics, skincare, beverage or other industries, we also supply molded pulp ready-to-use products like cat litter trays, planting pots, fruit & vegetable trays and disposable tableware.
Being completely biodegradable in a very short time (within 90 days in soil) but with similar physical properties, pulp molding solution is the best substitude of plastic in almost all fields.
The raw materials we use are s ugarcane bagasse, wood pulp, bamboo pulp, wheat straw pulp, A4 paper, corrugated paper and other eco natural plant fiber. They are renewable with short growth cycle and extensive sources.
We only change the phycical property of the raw materials in bulk production to turn the plant fiber into products. We do not add other materials so all molded pulp products are completely biodegradable in a very short time (within 90 days in soil).
Low water consumption, no waste water or gas in production, in line with international environmental requirements- with these features, pulp molding technology plays a more and more important part today to reduce harm to Mother Earth.
