Wheel bridge chassis structure of mucking loader

The chassis part consists of frame, front axle, rear axle, motor ( explosion- proof motor ), hydraulic gear pump, hydraulic motor, oil tank and etc. When the machine is connected with electricity, the motor works to drive the oil pump through the hydraulic transmission control system, then, make the hydraulic motor to work. The hydraulic motor will let the gearbox to drive the front, rear axle and the steering cylinder. In this way, the machine can be walking forward, walking backward and turn of the machine.

Portal frame has firm structure, which uses 30mm thickness plate, and with 10mm thickness wear plate.

At the connection part between big arm and small arm ,

there is one extra wear plate, which is around 10mm thickness.

The structure of our conveyor is very intensive, and we have strengthened in the core part.
In the besides of conveyor, we add the wear resisting plates on both sides, and you can see several hollow holes,
The function of that hollow holes is, to strengthen the weld between the wear resisting plates and the conveyor.
By adding that wear resisting plates, can enhance the load bearing ability.

Sliding chassis structure of mucking loader ( We can customize machine width )

We can customize the narrowest width, which machine can work in narrow place.
Sliding chassis structure has 2 pieces hydraulic motor to drive the machine, one hydraulic motor in A side, to drive 2 wheels, the other hydraulic motor in B side, to drive another 2 wheels. The chassis is made by our factory, so we can customize the C length, to achive machine width customize. While the wheel bridge structure is mainly of bridge, which has limitation of width. Packing & Delivery

All the mucking loader will be deliveried in container, without packing.
But machine will be fixed well from top to container and also bottom to container.
The delivery time is 15 working days after your payment.
