TREE RESIN (Shufang)
Resin is a secretion from plant or tree especially coniferous ones. It is secreted in soft drops, hardening into solid masses in the air. It may be obtained by making slit/opening in the bark/wood of the secreting plant. Plant produces resin to heal its wounds, kill insects and fungi, and eliminate excess acetates.
