Online Flue Gas Flow Rate and Humidity Analyzer CEMS Continuous Flue Gas Emission Monitoring System
The system consists of gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, particulate matter monitoring subsystem, flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem and data acquisition and processing subsystem, which can continuously monitor SO2, NOX, O2, CO, CO2, HCl, soot (particulate matter) concentration, flue gas flow rate, flue gas pressure, flue gas humidity and many other related parameters and statistical emission rate, total emission, etc.
It has the functions of real-time on-site data transmission, remote fault diagnosis, report statistics and graphical data analysis, realizing the unattended work site. The whole system has a simple structure, wide dynamic range, strong real-time, flexible networking and low operating cost, while the system adopts a modular structure, which is easy to combine and can be configured according to customer needs; and it can communicate with the enterprise's internal DCS and the data system of the environmental protection department.

Gas analyzer with a pulsed xenon lamp light source with a lifetime of up to 10 years.
Gas analyzer adopts grating spectroscopy and array sensor, no moving parts, high reliability; Dust monitor adopts integrated design, compact structure, high reliability.

The sampling signal is gathered and connected to the host computer through a hub, which makes the system wiring simple and easy to install and maintain.
