The pulping machine is driven by a motor through a belt, so that the scraper on the equipment rotates at a high speed. When the crushed fruit enters the machine through the feeding port, the material moves in a spiral trajectory on the printing plate and the screen, and is affected by centrifugal force. After being scraped, the pulp and juice are passed through the net to enter the next process, and the skins and seeds are discharged from the slag outlet.
The DJ1 pulping machine is suitable for beating, separating and removing slag from multiple berry fruits and vegetables. Such as; tomatoes, kiwi, strawberries, hawthorn, mulberries, peaches, apricots, etc., as well as pre-cooked and softened fruits, made into pulp, and separated from the pits, seeds, and peels.
Based on the DJ1 pulping machine, the DJ2 pulping machine adds a second beater, which can fully automatically separate the pulp, the core, and the peel.The first channel is for rough pulping, andthe second for fine pulping.The sieve diame-ters in the twochannels can be selected according to the dues and pulps from pome fruits and various berriesafter they are crushed and pre-boiled.
