Product Description
The GMZ series heavy-duty hammer crusher is a new type of crusher developed on the basis of the GM series crusher, based on user feedback and the development trends of the crushing industry, combined with our company's experimental data.
Compared with other hammer crushers, this series of heavy hammer crushers uses alloy composite hammers, which are characterized by high abrasion resistance of hammers, large Moment of inertia, high rotor kinetic energy, and high feed particle size, high crushing ratio, low maintenance costs, with an hourly output of 50 to 5000 tons, making this series of crushers the preferred equipment in the crushing industry.
Features
1. This heavy-duty hammer crusher has the characteristics of high output, low energy consumption, simple structure, and convenient maintenance.
2. Compared with jaw crushers of the same production capacity, it can reduce equipment investment and has the advantages of low investment and fast effectiveness.
3. The machine adopts a grate free design, which eliminates the problem of blockage and adhesion for wet and soil containing crushed raw materials.
4. The machine adopts an alloy composite hammer head, which reduces the consumption of worn parts and reduces production costs by about 35%.
