precision.
④The X and Z-axis servo motors directly drive the precision ball screw pair through the flexible coupling, which can minimize the
backlash and have high positioning accuracy. The Z-axis lifting configuration balances the weights, the structure is simple and
reliable, and the failure rate is low.
The X and Z axes are made of domestic precision ball screw pair and ball screw special bearings, which meet the requirements of
high rigidity and high precision cutting. The pre-stretching structure of the screw support greatly reduces the influence of
thermal deformation on the accuracy of the machine during long-term operation.
⑤The X and Z axes adopt advanced centralized automatic lubrication device, timed automatic intermittent lubrication, and the work
is stable and reliable.
⑥The machine tool holder adopts the electric knife holder or the row knife form, with accurate accuracy and high efficiency.
