A2: The MOQ depends on the product. REAL Lock is happy to extend the delivery term from EXW to FOB when your ordering amount reach USD 10,000 for one shipment.
Q3: What is your terms of payment?
A3: 50% down payment + 50% before shipment.
Q4: Could you please send us a sample?
A4: Yes, the sample fee and courier fee would be at your cost. REAL Lock is happy to return the sample fee back when you place an order and we will deduct the sampling fee from the balance amount.

A10: Please tell us your selling area and request quantity for existing productions. For new developments, please send us information for quote; drawing, material, weight, quantity and request, we can accept PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, Solid Edge and SOLIDWORK file format. If you don't have drawing, please send the sample to us, we can quote base on your sample.
