Notes on use and maintenance:
1. The engine oil is changed for the first time, between 15 hours and 20 hours of use, and every 70-100 hours thereafter, determined according to the working conditions; Please use SAE 10W-30/15W40 and choose according to the season. 2. The air filter element should be cleaned every 8-10 hours. Please replace the air filter element after cleaning 6 times. 3. Regularly check whether the cutter and cutterhead fixing bolts are loose or missing teeth. Please check and tighten them. Missing teeth will cause dynamic balance imbalance and excessive vibration. 4. Regularly check the tension of the track. Pull up and down between the driving wheel and the front wheel, and the distance between the highest arc point and the lowest concave point is 30mm-50mm, which is the standard tension. 5. Clean the control box regularly. Open the panel and clean it with compressed air. Do not wash it with water. Clean it at least once a week. 6. Regularly check whether the bolts of the header lifting mechanism are loose and maintain a certain matching gap to ensure smooth lifting of the header. 7. Maintain the drive motor reducer twice a year. During maintenance, remove the drive wheel, disassemble the reducer housing inside the drive wheel, clean it with diesel and re-apply lithium-based grease. 8. Check the generator belt regularly. The tension of the belt is 10mm. If the machine has low power generation voltage or the sound of belt slipping, please adjust the tension or replace the belt in time. 9. After completing the work every day, check the remaining power through the voltage indicator meter. When the engine is turned off and the remaining power is less than 90%, an external charger needs to be plugged in. The charger indicator light shows green to indicate a fully charged state. 10.
