The automatic pressing machine mainly consists of frame, transmission part, conveying and folding part, and a turnover part. The transmission part mainly adopts chain transmission, which has the characteristics of stable transmission and low noise. The conveying and folding part adopts the patented technology of our factory, and uses different line speeds to realize automatic folding, instead of heavy manual operation, that is, sanitary and safe, and realizes civilized production. The turnover part is composed of upper roll, lower roll and adjustable roll. The adjustable roll adopts our factory patented technology,  the operation is convenient and safe.

1. Use 2-3kg dough to knead and press several times to wipe off rust-proof oil and dust of rolls and other parts. Stop the machine (press the "OFF" button).

2.According to the actual needs, rotates the handwheel to make the adjustable rolls advance or retreat, so as to adjust the roll axial clearance. The roll axial clearance is steplessly adjusted within the allowable roll adjustment range, and the axial clearance is even. In order to improve the quality of pressing and prolong the service life of machine, the gap between rolls should be adjusted step by step from thick to thin.

3.Put the dough on the lower conveyor belt, and the dough is automatically delivered to the roll by the conveyor belt. The folding process of pressing and rolling can be completed automatically.
